- Renewals aren't covered by it, but you can cancel at any time so your plan doesn't renew.
- It doesn't apply to accounts we've closed for breaking our acceptable use policy.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of your request. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- The guarantee adds to your legal rights as a consumer; it doesn't replace them.
