Terms of service

Last updated 14 October 2026.

These terms apply when you buy or use NetixVPN. Please read them with our acceptable use policy and refund policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

1. About us

NetixVPN is a trading name of NetixVPN Limited, of [business address]. You can contact us at [email protected] or through a support ticket in the client area.

2. The service

NetixVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) access using the WireGuard protocol. You manage your devices and download their settings in the client area, and connect with the WireGuard app or another WireGuard-compatible client.

We work to keep the service fast and available, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or work on every network. We may add, change or retire server locations, and we will give notice where a change significantly affects you. We don’t promise that any particular website or streaming service will be accessible through NetixVPN.

3. Your account

  • You must be 18 or over and give accurate details when you sign up.
  • Keep your client area login and your device files and QR codes private. Anyone who has a device file can use that device’s connection.
  • Personal plans are for personal use by you and your household, on up to 10 devices. Teams plans are for business use, with 3 devices per user you pay for.
  • You may not resell or share access outside these limits without a written reseller agreement with us.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our acceptable use policy. It forbids illegal activity, attacks on other systems, spam and other abuse.

5. Prices, payment and renewal

  • Prices are shown on our website and at checkout, and include any VAT that applies.
  • You pay in advance for the billing period you choose. Your plan renews automatically for the same period at the price you signed up at, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email your renewal invoice before it is due.
  • If a payment fails, we will remind you. If it stays unpaid, we may suspend the service and later close your account.
  • You can cancel at any time in the client area. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.

6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of your order. Because the service starts as soon as you order, you agree that we start providing it straight away, and if you cancel within those 14 days we may deduct the value of the service used. In practice our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you a full refund on your first order instead; see our refund policy.

7. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or our acceptable use policy, if we are required to by law, or if payment is overdue. Where it is fair to do so we will warn you first. If we close the service for reasons that are not your fault, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.

8. Our responsibility to you

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses on a Personal plan.

If you are a business customer, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in the service. If a change significantly affects you, we will email you in advance, and you may cancel before it takes effect and receive a refund of the unused part of your plan.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we will do our best to sort it out.
